Came upon Tsuta, the one Michelin Sobal ramen restaurant at Changi Airport Jewel. The Original Truffle Shoyu Soba The Soba noodles are perfectly made. It is soft enough but not to the hard side. You could feel the bite, not to the point of Al Dente. The broth has this light Shoyu taste with a hint of truffle. This is before I mix in the actual truffle. I could feel the strong truffle after mixing it in. Yaki Gyoza This Gyoza has standard. The edges are not burned. It is tender and packed with flavour. I tried it without the sauce on the first one and loved it. The sauce did beef up the flavour a bit however I can do without it.
